Jost Home Inspections, LLC, is an independent inspector company, was founded in
2004 and licensed in the state of South Dakota. I am an ASHI associate #246394,
and take yearly education classes to maintain my ASHI Membership. Also
educationally trained through Inspection Training Associates (ITA).
We constantly strive to provide quality service and convenience for everyone
involved in the home buying and selling process. Our average inspection time is
approximately 2-3 hours, and our computer generated reports are delivered within 48
hrs of the inspection. The report may be received by getting a hard copy or by
e-mail. We prefer to have our clients attend the inspection, as an on-site
consultation helps avoid potential misunderstandings.
